Series x transfer broke packs

After transfering to series x, all mash up packs are broken, uninstalling when the game closes, forcing a reinstall to use them each time. Uninstalling the game and reinstalling doess not fix this. Rebooting does not fix this. microsoft have no excuse being this incompetent.
