How is this game still this good in 2024. Took their time with a sequel but looking forward to playing it. Games so good should be Psychonauts Five by now. Also should be a movie. Screenshots on game page doesn't do it justice at all

The story and graphics are amazing for 2005, im hooked

I was on youtube one day when i found out about psychonauts and after playing 20 hours of total gameplay and at current time of rating going on to psychonauts 2 i can say this one of the best action story platformers ill ever play with a amazing story and hillarious 12+ humor i can say ill be replaing it again very soon

I love Psychonauts so much. literally everything. from the art direction, to the characters the perfectly amazing soundtrack by the legendary Peter McConnell. Even talking about this game brings happy tears to my eyes, completed Psychonauts 2 the other day and WOW!! the quality stayed the same but better in ways also im gobsmacked how true they have stayed to this series and Tim Schafer is a fantastic writer!!! the song lyrcis in the second game were a masterpiece bravo! i cannot wait for Psyconauts 3 i know it will live up just as well to the other games. Thank you Doublefine for touching my heart. <3

I didn't play the game back in the day, experiencing the game now, it aged pretty well! The characters at the camp are both funny and bizarre, and it has a tim burton-esque art style that translates well into 3D, even with original xbox graphics

At first I assumed that this was for toddlers (harsh I know), but the more I played, the more I loved it. Im in my teenage years and I love this game...you can never be too old to play this game. Psychonauts is packed with puzzles, action and adventure, the storyline is a little bit goofy but it's pretty good, and the gameplay itself is quite engaging and immersive! (And I love the silly characters, especially Razputin). I wish there were more games like this on the xbox . so if you love puzzle, action, and adventure please play this game!!!

One of my favourite games of all time

Paychonauts is probably my most played game of all time believe it or not. When it came out originally i was a meer child but loved it, i loved the freedom it had, i love the funny writing and odd characters. I have been playing it pretty cobsistently since 2005 and while now the cracks and flaws do show a little due to time i still think this is an excellent game. The fact that this is now avaliable on a current gen console (both in fact) makes me incredibly happy. If youre a platforming fan get this game, play it, enjoy it and join us in the agonising wait for the sequel.

The game was one of the very finest from doulbe fine & Tim Schafer it looks and plays much cleaner on X1 thanks to Microsofts software genius.... now @timoflegand where is that sequel..... tick tock it been 12 years!!!!!
