Absolutely loved the first 2 games but missed out on 3 for some reason. Saw it on sale so decided to buy. Only play for about 20 minutes, but its like being united with a long lost friend..

I was really happy to see Max return when the game launched. It wasn't the sequel I dreamt off, but overall the game is not bad. 😊

Max Payne 3 is/was what a video game was like before they made them feel like a 14 hour shift shovelling ****. Shame they took the multiplayer servers down though. (minus 1 star)

Better than the previous max payne games graphic wise but not as good story wise in my opinion. Not as dark and gritty as the last two but still a great game.

I didnt pick this up back in the 360 days because the reviews said it was more cut scenes than game and yes there are a lot (unskippable) but what a game.... The gunplay is just so much fun and like the earlier games bullet time never gets old. Its all wrapped in some stylish and detailed graphics that at the time were impressive and hold up well enough today despite bein two generations old. Slightly dodgy morality of the story aside (Max mows down hundreds of people) its such a blast to playthrough and was only 6 pounds in the sale. Roll on the remakes of 1 and 2😁

This is a tobasco\coffee enema with a chainsaw to boot. Violence, gore, gritty story, fantastic narration. I mean jesus what do you want? This is awesome.

Rockstar really have let themselves down. This game is out of this world and way ahead of its time. I wish games were still this good. We need Max Payne 4. Would highly recommend this game!
