Its like ES oblivion had a baby with fallout 3 and that baby came out 3rd person, if you can scrape through the first hour of gameplay theres a pretty good game beneath the terrible facial animations, the combat is stiff at first and a bit clunky but in the same vein as an early BS production, i gave it 4* because somehow it still has my attention unlike a lot of modern AAA. Its not going to win any awards but probs worth £15-20 if you can put up withe afore mentioned problems. Hard grind to level up but thats because it leans more into being an rpg than a full blown action game,this game deserved more time in production and suffers from being a bit unpolished

Please fix the bug causing a Shadow of quadrilaterals to be tied to the camera perspective. Very immersion breaking and ruins a good looking game.

Real living world with excellent gritty and often nasty characters which actually react to you decisions. Graphics while buggy and rough are often spectacular with amazing locations and detail. There is a lot of walking from one person to another but the characters motivations and dialog keeps it interesting.

I feared the worst, as I really enjoyed Elex. Ok, it had a lot of issues, but it was an incredible experience. Elex 2 is delivering big time, better than the first, in my opinion, and how often do we say that? So well done development team. Yes, still has a lot of bugs, but an unbelievable game.

It's a great game, brings back memories of Gothic games. Yeah this game is plagued with technical issues and "vintage" but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Massive action rpg with satisfying power-progression, consequential decisions and flight. Over 100 hours of gameplay if you like side-quests. The only real critcisms woud be Morrowind-style combat and dialogue and Oblivion-style graphics but if the worst that can be said is an old Elder Scrolls comparison then it's a solid win. Tempted to replay with different factions and choices.

Game is beautiful master work as usual a classic form of RPG. Haters just suck at the game.... It doesnt matter this game doesn't get the credit it deserves because the devs make this for their fans thats what matters. I enjoy this way more then big beast titles such as fallout because this isnt brain dead childs play. You actually work hard carve your way to the rewards you seek. Combat is a challenge and everything is written and designed greatly. As a fan of clerics i was sad to see they aren't as... Dominant as they once was... But thats fine theres explanations to why and its understandable. That said i joined the morkons because im a fan of these type of factions. I'll go albs next. Buy the game immerse yourself its great. Reason 1 star is missing is due to no blood effects for some reason... Its annoying.. And the patches to the xp and elexit glitches its such a slow long grind and prices of things and requirements are insane. First game was so fun because of the exploits.

A nicely indepth rpg, kinda puts me in mind of Summoner for reasons I have yet to put my finger on. Good faction and npc interactions, interesting sub-plots and overall a brilliantly fleshed-out gameworld. A few minor niggles (companions *constantly* strafing into line of fire, even the most basic weapons needing crazy stats to use, and a weapon/item wheel that doesn't slow the combat) but nothing you don't get used to eventually.

I am definitely not impressed by the graphics and slightly cringe dialogue from the NPCs. However, behind all that is actually a solid Role Playing game with a fun gameplay loop and challenging combat. I'm impressed, but appalled at the same time, yet somehow its still very enjoyable. I got this on the ultimate sale for £37, I'd say its worth around £30 at best but still, about 50hrs of good gameplay here. A little more if you chase achievements. If you like RPGs but don't care much for pretty graphics, go for it!
