Side scrolling Dark Souls

What an amazing little game this is. Stumbled on it on sale for 14 quid, and, after watching some YouTube vids about the game I decided to pick it up and so glad I did. The in game world is beautiful, somewhat Lovecraftian, sound design is great, controls and gameplay fluid. If you are a fan of soulslike games and platformers then you'll love this. Think Dead Cells set in the Dark Souls universe.

If you like challenging games this is for you. Great combat and plenty of secrets in game. Runs great on series X.

Solid metroidvania

Enjoying what I have played so far (first boss). Challenging but fair. New patch update on the 12/01/23 seems to have fixed launch issues, very commendable!
