Perfect game, pricey cosmetics

It's 40k Left 4 Dead with nice additions. Four classes each with three skill trees but I'd like more points to use on them. Nice variety of weapons but not the widest since you're limited to guardsmen gear. Plenty of levels with different types of objectives & some fun boses to. Would be nice to have a single player with bots so you can go at your own pace. Cosmetics are a bit of an issue. There's some you can unlock & some you can buy with in game currency but none of them are that special. The best cosmetics are all locked behind a real world paywall. Cosmetics are class based as well so if you get a cool Veteran helmet your Zealot can't use it. Also while you can buy individual pieces of a set & there are bundles to, if you want to have each class match theme you have to buy each set seperately, there's no bundles for all four classes at once. These premium cosmetics also rotate so for example if you want to look like Steel Legion but don't play for a while the items will be gone.

This will be my new main game for a while. Love it. Update 11/05/2024: I have played for thousands of hours. Apparently I have a level 417 Ogryn. Still love playing this game. It doesn't really get old. Especially when you play Auric and Maelstrom missions.👌

Amazing Game But

I cannot give anything more than a 3, after 2 months of playing content is slow dripped. No dlc in over a year, just adjustments and the odd new mission every few months. Gameplay top tier, music godly, voice acting perfect for 40k but just a lack of new content is holding it back. I check every couple of weeks. Fatshark get a finger out a drop new content.

It's a good game but it needs to scrap the online only bs and give us a single player option with bots also need better variety of mission types

Great but

It needs more classes, more clothing, weapons and some enemies need reworked or nerfed. I would also like to fight a wider assortment of enemies (like orks) but all in all its a pretty fun game to play with friends. For the Imperium!

Better than expected

People playing a mainly co-op focused game, complaining on how theres no single player , resources are shared , except bullets but melee to enjoyable as fhoook , there are clubs and lfgs, just make 3 friends and your good , instead of crying and rateing 1star. (4 star as fatshark Customer services suck , ignorant silent treatment to xbox for months)

Vermintide in space

If you like Vermintide/Left for dead formula, then you will like this. The good graphics are sometimes lost due to the busy and sometimes frantic gameplay. The matchmaking is quick, so the 4 of you can run off shooting baddies, do your objective then ****. 4 classes, but due to new skill trees each class has some diversity. Guns dont have lots of ammo delberatly making sharing ammo and using all your skills/weaponary a must, go bash a few skulls in melee, it rocks. Maps allow for you to traverse the huge maps in various routes. The rusty metal interiors that are everywhere can sometimes feel a bit samey, but I am only a third of the way through the maps, so others later may vary. Each class has its own unique weapons, skills etc. If you complete a mission theres lots of rewards, truck loads of xp....fail, and get a poxy bit of xp and any mats for upgrades you found. 99% of the fails occur when one or all the team splits up. Enjoyable game so far, Im lv10 out of 30).

Left 4 Dead in space with phenomenal graphics, sound and music. Multiplayer is seamless and just very fun, best Xbox game in ages.

This game is intense, I can only play it in short bursts because it tires me out. I've not had fun like this in a multiplayer for a long time.

Optimised like ****. My pc isn't as bad as this game acts like it is. Just about playable but I'm sure FatShark can do an awful lot better. Once again im so happy I didn't pay for this (ive said this a lot in 2022)

I'm running mid level hardware on the lowest settings which look awful and get 10FPS, long rendering times and regular crashes. Totally unoptimised.

constant crashes

cant even get to the end of a mission without crashing to desktop.. rtx 3080 ryzen 7 3800x all settings on low and locked fps to 60.. devs need to fix their game asap..

Needs a Patch NOW!!

Seems like it could be a fun game. However, this game crashes constantly and the optimization is so poor, that it makes the game almost unplayable. Small fights keeps my fps around 60 but bigger fights where a lot is happening on screen sees my fps drop to 45 and in some cases as low as 30 fps. I play every multiplayer game on low settings w/ DLSS (If available) to maximize fps (Only putting single player games on high/max settings) this should NOT be happening. For reference, I'm running: RTX 3060 ti i5 9400f 2.9ghz (Turbo @ 4.10ghz) 16GB RAM
