Just Drive, Drift, Draft, n Boost your way to victory.....with a little bit of ramming on the way. A very good arcade racer, for a pick up n play quick fun race i say buy it.

To have a good racing game you dont need state of the art graphics only reasonable collison detection..The game relies on drifting to aquire boost. The AI do rubberband otherwise it would be too easy so thats why you save your boost to the end. Some strategy is involved because vehicles are evenly matched. Good retro racer!

A brilliant game that does what it says it does. No bugs, no content locked behind pay walls and smooth consistent frame rate. The campaign is very short but the satisfaction of the handling will keep you coming back again and again.

The arcade-esque aesthetic of the game is UNMATCHED compared to other games with this style. The playthrough of the game is all layed out perfectly, the A.I is a fine balance of dirty and concerved in a race(The track selection is also nice) and the handling isn't a mess like other games. One thing I think the game could use to make an already amazing game even better is more cars from each driver(maybe 6 instead of 4). Overall, Wonderful game but with one flaw which may not even be a flaw! I highly recommend this game to ANY AND EVERYONE!

I get the feeling the bad reviews are from people who didn't put the minimal effort into learning to drive in this game. Great music, drifting flows well and boosting past your opponents is satisfying.

There were 3 things I'd look for in arcades as a kid, Wrestlefest, gun games, and racing games. When games like Ridge Racer & Daytona came out i was blown away. This really captures the feel of those games from the music and announcer to the wonky handling... All in the visual style of Virtua racing. Takes me back without the inconvenience of catching a train to the coast or fighting seagulls for my chips.

This game reminds me of Daytona USA in the arcades as it plays like a dream! Everything about the game is spot on, from the responsive accurate car handling to the crisp colourful graphics that whizz along at a smooth 60 fps. The BEST racing game I have ever played and well worth a purchase.....buy it NOW!!!

This game has so much going for it. Like the way your controller vibrates when you're slip streaming, coupled with a visual effect. The way the cars tilt and dip. The physics of brushing, nudging and jostling against the other racers. The sense of speed, without losing trackside fidelity. The sounds, the small audio queues of the environment and cheering crowds, even the drivers themselves. The control of driving on different surfaces. Trackside animations, like a dolphin jumping overhead with a splashing sound effect. Or a train racing along side the track. Lots of little touches carefully crafted to add immersion and entertainment.... Throw in vibrant music and first class arcade quality visuals and you've got a fantastic game that's both fun to play and behold. ❤
