1 of the best resi games

If you have basic cognitive thinking ability, you probably won't softlock too often

Man this game still is 1 of the best RE games in the series by a long shot. I remember all the way back in the year 2000 when it first got released and i was 6 and i used to stay up late hours in the morning just to watch my elder brother play it and i was loving every minute of it while ******** my pants 😂. Now fast forward to 2024 and now im the age my brother was when i watched him play apart from i still love this game and it does need a remake but done right and not an epic failure like the RE3 Remake. Its an okay game but not worthy a full priced game when its shorter than the Seperate Ways DLC for RE4R for just £7.

Was put off buying this at first because of the amount of negative reviews about the controls but found out very quickly that if you've played RE1 remake/RE0, you'll be absolutely fine. Really enjoying it so far :)

Good to see it on the Xbox one at last. Must admit it looks a little dated now compared with more recent games, but it still plays well. Maybe one day we might get an enhanced version designed for Xbox one but until then this will do very nicely. Maybe Resident Evil 3 will also get an updated version too. I know Resi 3 wasn't everyone's favourite but I loved it.

If you like the true classic horror genre, with fixed camera angles or want to play this for nostalgia then what are you waiting for? Story is fantastic, a little tanky with the control as per the 360 version but its not a deterrent. Bosses are hard and killing zombies and hunters is fun. There are jumpscare moments and alfred the crossdresser never gets boring! Hope capcom remakes this, Dino Crisis and RE3 👌
