This game is trash and i will play anything, the second mission is terrible the point and click system does not work units just go on walk abouts and wont stay in the group and forget the selected destination you want them to be in these boys are sentient and aint got time for your puny human commands... Which all together does not equal fun

Hate it! (I don't hate it)

This is like if Dark Souls was an RTS. An utterly unforgiving exercise in trial and error, and error, and error. Generally the thing that screws you is trying to use all tech on all missions which leaves you spread too thin when the end stage of a mission decides your day needs unceremoniusly ruined. Look at the map layout and figure out how best to fortify it. Sometimes a simple guard tower is better than a 30ft turret.

Port of the pc verion. Looks like one of the updates patched in mouse and keyboard support. Brilliant game.

Good game but all the cinematic. Scenes lose synch with audio and the game always freezes during the colony 12 victory cinimatiso cant play anymore

Stars out of five? ...Billions.

If you like RTSs, tower defence games, and zombies, you WILL love this game. Personally I didn't even bother with campaign mode- the random skirmishes entertained me for over a million kills. You'll fail many times before you ever succeed, but it makes victory against the horde even sweeter.

Beautifully simple

Great game. Great art choice, smooth buttery gameplay loop. Just an all round brilliant game, will be following devs in their next venture, good job.

Good but a bit broken

Its a good game but its broken for me, cant get past a campaign cut scene without it freezing, tried re -installing but its still broke

Unplayable unless you have completed the tutorial on PC

I read the reviews, understood it was a scaled down PC game with no campaign but even just the survival mode looked good enough so I brought it. Some reviews also mentioned there was no tutorial, which I guessed was down to there not being a campaign... but what the reviews I read didn't really make clear is not only is there no tutorial, there is also no instructions, no introduction or any kind of explanation on how to play the game. I can only imagine that anyone giving this game any kind of positive review must have already played it on PC and so have some kind of idea what they are doing. This is not one of these games that you are just dropped into knowing very little about what is going on and part of the fun is figuring it out as you go, this is a more complex building, defence, strategy game... the type of game that the devs thought required a tutorial to play

Loving this game not very often i do reviews but this deserves one. Considering this is a port of the pc versions ive not encountered any bugs its very replayable and enjoyable would recommend it.

No campaign and don't believe anyone, the controls are busted and you have no options to reconfigure.

Great game, missing content

So i personally love this game! Holding off against thousands of zombies with a fort with miniguns, rockets and fire while the soundtrack plays in the background is epic. It is however (as pointed out) missing its campaign, but its not there as its being optimized for console (remember its only recently released on PC). Its sandbox is unique and so are the weekly challenges. It can be a little buggy but patches are released fixing bugs every few days, with announcements in the official club. Overall, if you want a campaign, give it a miss, if not and you are interested then go for it.

Lacks content, priced extortionately high for what it is and has horrible controls for console. Avoid buying until further upates and a drop in price.

Where is the campaign all you get is boring survival and no tutorial so disappointed in the product this feels so much like a beta game certainly not worth the price they asked for.

Imbalanced and unfinished...

Though this game has a unique style which offsets the fact that this game is unbalanced as hell: Resources are slow to aquire at times when you need it the most, no tutorial so you dont know wtf your doing and how the mechanics work and the worst part is if you get a SINGLE zombie get into a building thats it just a snowball effect to total futile gameover(main reason its so unbalanced against you). Also the campaign mode is nowhere to be seen so your paying full price for a unbalanced, unfair game that is missing the core features. I highly recommend you not buying they are billions until they actually complete it and all the unbalanced gameplay.

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one

A port of the early pc version however, it is a fantastic game regardless. Nothing else like it on console, the challenge is both frustrating and enthralling plus the PC content will be ported eventually. Controls can be found in the pause menu and work well with a controller, along with the real-time pausing you won't feel disadvantaged for the lack of mouse & keyboard

Great Game Needs Slight adds and fixes

Great little game. Only problems i have with the game are there is no campaign (i know its a PC port and everything in the PC version will probably be added soon), no tutorial, keyboard and mouse compatibility needs an update so i can play without having my controller connected because whenever it disconnects the "please re-connect controller" screen comes up and doesnt go away until i do so. Once these issues have been resolved and added to the game i'll happily give it a 5* but until then its only a solid 3* from me because i do really enjoy the game. It plays well and has no real issues with the hundreds of thounsands of zombies you can get on the screen at any given moment.

Beware this is the PC beta

Completely lacking in content; the campaign mode is entirely absent with only a bare-bones survival mode available. No tutorial and unoptimised for gamepad. Feel cheated and will be requesting a refund as there is nowhere in the store description which advises you are getting the PC beta (and being charged the same as the Steam version). Thoroughly disgusting predatory behaviour.

Brilliant game but its the pc beta build before the campaign was added theres only survival and challenge. Ido hope they add campaign later Its also designed for mouse and keyboard you move a mouse icon with the pad Its also designed for mouse and keyboard you move a mouse icon with the pad
