still play Love the game and when it first came out

Firstly the tutorial is long but there is quite a bit to know about ordering the teams. Also graphically the training area is by far the worst area in the game so don't be put off. Once you get into the game proper it looks better and the gameplay is deeply rewarding. Essentially this game is like a dynamic puzzle game. Each combat situation requires problem solving. The software was designed for military use, to train sergeants how to use weapons and tactics to successfully order squads through urban combat. So it was originally designed as a training sim for that purpose, so we are playing a re-purposed military sim here. It looks dated now but I'm glad I came across it again, becaue to my knowledge there is nothing else quite like it and I'm not sure if there ever will be.

BUT, the gameplay's very solid, dated graphics are a hold over from 1st G Xbox but stand up well, the tutorial is long which deter newer gamers, but the name of this game is coordination and patience, solid 7/10 as I had some issues with the tutorial not progressing, but its p good

Needs a remaster but there would need to be an option for the classic control scheme as well as updated controls.

This game is genuinely a certified banger. It really helped me through a hard time. Hope others find this game as good. :)

Realistic strategy game. Slow paced but fun to get into. Gives strong og ghost recon vibes but for the right reasons. If you like military games that are more authentic then this is worth a shot (no pun intended)

For real strategic players. Any man that actually served as an infantry Soldier will tell u this is the closest u will get to understand what It's like to be a soldier. Also the orginal format was actually. Design. 4 the US Army. Not 4 unrealistic COD Fans

I was only going to try it out, I could not stop playing. Just getting through one chapter fills you with a feeling of accomplishment. Well deservered 5 *.

Im only a kid but when i started gaming i played games like this and playing it now was so nostalgic and im glad they made it free with gold hella sad the servers are gone tho loved that multiplayer

Fantastic game that leaves you wanting more.

An absolute gem of a strategy game. Challenging game but fair, you can nearly always see why you failed, fast changing situations and the evolving threats make the game feel organic and hence all the more involving. A simple to grasp but comprehensive user interface adds to the immersion too. I have been waiting so long to be able to play this, now if only they would port Hidden and Dangerous....

Still a great game only thing missing is the multiplayer as servers are long gone 😢
