Must buy+waiting for prototype 3

been playing prototype 1 and 2 both fantastic games we/I wish we can have prototype 3.The reason why I enjoy/enjoyed prototype is because its a unique game itself and makes me feel like I'm the reaper taking lives. one of the coolest power sets ever.

The prototype games offer the one the most interesting power sets of fiction. The gameplay is great in Prototype 2, it has a decent story, but m,ost importantly it is among the most fun I've ever had in a video game. Vast improvement on the first game mechanically speaking, shame we never go a sequel.

There is a hard mode achievement but it is easy just use new game plus. Also, much better than Prototype 1. Graphics are ***** but gameplay makes up for it!

Fun, but has serious sequel syndrome

Not a bad game, but nowhere near as good as the first. I've always thought it was missing a lot compared to it. Not just the armour and musclemass powers or the cool little flips and slides you can do, but the more intricate characters and story. Not as challenging or rewarding either, it still feels rushed and simplified to me. I still think Mercer should have been the protagonist all along, going up against Pariah, Elizabeth Green's son. Never liked him as an antagonist, he was a calculating anti-hero, not a stereotypical villain. That said, it's always fun ripping tanks and choppers apart by hand and booting bio-bombs into crowds. If a third game is ever made, and it should be, *SPOILER ALERT*, Mercer could have ALLOWED Heller to consume him, so he could absorb him from the inside out and reform... That's when Pariah rocks up, takes Mercer's powers, humbles him, becomes corupted by all the minds he and Heller consumed, then spreads a new blacklight virus. Somebody call THQ Nordic

I love games like this

I love the shapeshifting and mutating youre limbs into weapons the bosses are cool to especially when you consume them to get there abilities the powers are definitely better than the previous game but over all a great game and game franchise i recommend the 1st and 2nd there both as good as eachother it feels like when in a diff game the bosses are so op now its the opposite youre the op one

very good gameplay though the storyline isnt the best still fun just wish they added all the abilities from the first game. THE WORLD NEEDS A PROTOTYPE 3 !!!!!

I know he's been brought over from last Gen console but I wish I could have upped the graphics to match the current Gen. The graphics are at his best during cutscenes but I wish it could maintain good graphics throughout the game.
