While I wait for Forza Regulations in Forza Motorsport 7 I thought I'd take a look at the first Forza on XBOX One. Aside from the race track selection (it's small and missing old favourites of mine like Sunset Peninsula) and a relatively small number of cars, I actually like it. I like the way Affinity was implemented, increasing event payout for cars from your favourite manufacturers rather than a fixed sum or excessively easy parts discounts. I like the way races work, separating finishing positions into Gold, Silver and Bronze Brackets, normally I'd side with tradition but I actually think that this could be better for practicing racing as it encourages pushing yourself without worrying about needing to be first as the traditional system tends to discourage increasing difficulty. Maybe the two systems should be available together as options for career mode in Forza Motorsport 8, just like Race Length is an option in FM7. Forza Horizon's Exhibition Events should've used this too.

BECAUSE HOW BAD F7 IS GIVES THIS GAME F5 RESPECT IT DESERVES F7 IS A VERSION TO MAKE ALL THE OTHER FORZAS BETTER FORZA YOU HAD THE POTENTIAL WHY SCREW IT WITH THE F7 CAMPAIGN
